LaunchKey is the digital lead engagement, leasing, and communications platform operated by Salon Suite Properties and managed by Court Stone Management LLC for participating Salons by JC salon-suite locations.
Welcome to LaunchKey. By accessing our website, completing a form or pricing calculator, communicating with our virtual leasing assistant, or engaging with any LaunchKey digital platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of LaunchKey’s website and services.
BUSINESS IDENTITY
LaunchKey is the customer engagement, leasing, and communications platform used by Salon Suite Properties and managed by Court Stone Management LLC for participating Salons by JC salon-suite locations.
Throughout these Terms, references to “LaunchKey,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer collectively to LaunchKey, Salon Suite Properties, Court Stone Management LLC, and their authorized representatives operating participating Salons by JC locations, where applicable.
LaunchKey serves as the digital communications and lead engagement platform for participating Salons by JC locations operated by or on behalf of Salon Suite Properties and managed by Court Stone Management LLC.
These Terms govern your use of LaunchKey’s website, forms, pricing calculators, digital tools, messaging services, virtual leasing assistant experiences, and related platforms.
By accessing or using these services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
LaunchKey provides informational tools intended to help beauty professionals explore salon-suite pricing, business-fit considerations, available programs, participating locations, and tour opportunities.
Information provided through LaunchKey does not constitute a binding rental offer, lease agreement, guarantee of availability, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, business consulting, or a promise of pricing, availability, approval, or business results.

SECTION 5 — SMS COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT
Salon Suite Properties communicates with prospective and current beauty professionals through the LaunchKey platform regarding participating Salons by JC locations.
Receiving SMS communications requires your prior affirmative consent.
By voluntarily opting in through an approved LaunchKey contact form, pricing calculator, tour request, advertisement, or other approved consent method, you authorize Salon Suite Properties to communicate with you through the LaunchKey platform regarding your inquiry.
Providing a mobile telephone number alone does not constitute consent unless accompanied by the applicable SMS disclosure and affirmative opt-in action.
Users may opt in by voluntarily:
• Completing a LaunchKey contact form
• Completing a LaunchKey pricing calculator or salon-suite planning tool
• Requesting information through a LaunchKey advertisement
• Requesting or scheduling a salon-suite tour
• Providing a mobile number and affirmatively selecting an SMS consent checkbox
• Taking another affirmative action clearly indicating consent to receive conversational text messages related to their inquiry
Where used, the SMS consent checkbox is separate from the general form submission and is never pre-selected.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing, leasing, or receiving services.
Users who opt in may receive conversational SMS messages including:

• Calculator results
• Answers to salon-suite questions
• Location recommendations
• Tour scheduling
• Tour confirmations

Mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent records are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

SECTION 7 — AURORA VIRTUAL LEASING ASSISTANT
LaunchKey may use Aurora and other automated technologies to acknowledge inquiries, answer common questions, provide requested pricing resources, coordinate tours, and assist beauty professionals exploring participating Salons by JC locations on behalf of Salon Suite Properties.
Aurora may:
• Acknowledge inquiries
• Explain calculator results
• Answer general leasing questions
• Recommend participating locations
• Schedule or coordinate tours
• Send requested resources
• Route conversations to a human representative when appropriate
Aurora is not authorized to:
• Execute or modify leases
• Guarantee pricing
• Guarantee availability
• Promise promotions
• Approve applications
• Provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice
• Make binding commitments on behalf of any salon operator
Users should verify all leasing information directly with the participating location.
