Meet Ebony – Your Concierge Manager.

I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist with a strong foundation in therapeutic bodywork, luxury spa services, and overall client wellness. For a little over a decade, I’ve worked in high-end spa settings, built my skills in bodywork, basic skincare, beard care, and aromatherapy, and learned what it really takes to create a smooth, elevated service experience from start to finish. I also have a strong understanding of guest care, service flow, and choosing the right products to match the vibe. I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Small Business Management & Entrepreneurship, which strengthens my approach to brand development, operations, and strategic planning. All of this comes together in the creation of my luxury grooming brand built for men, with a focus on simplicity, intention, and making everyday care feel like a ritual instead of a routine.

A fun fact about me is that when I’m not building out my luxury grooming brand, I love making candles from scratch. It started as a stress-relief hobby and turned into its own little creative ritual—blending scents, testing pours, and creating vibes. I’m always experimenting with new fragrances, and half the time my house smells like a luxury lounge.
